Anti-Fraud Policy

• Fake identities, impersonation or stolen photos.
• Invented experience, clients, certifications or metrics.
• Fake, purchased or self-written testimonials.
• Using someone else's work samples as your own.
• Account sharing, selling accounts or creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits or links.
• Chargebacks, stolen cards or other payment fraud.

We use automated checks, user reports and manual review. We may ask you to verify your identity or back up claims on your profile.

Depending on severity we may remove content, unpublish your profile, cancel credits, suspend or permanently ban your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Paid amounts linked to fraud are not refunded.

If you suspect a fraudulent profile or business, email us with the profile link and details. Reports are confidential, and we never tell the reported user who filed it.
