Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, keeping your password safe, and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

VAStars is a software platform for building portfolios, sharing public and passcode-protected links, tracking leads and applications, and storing files. We are not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, escrow service or payment processor, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a client.

You own the content you add. You grant VAStars a limited licence to host, display and process it to run the service — including showing published profiles publicly and to search engines. You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload, including client names, logos, metrics and testimonials, and that you are not breaching any NDA.

The AI builder produces drafts based on what you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them so they are accurate. Do not publish claims you cannot back up.

• Free accounts receive signup credits and up to 3 shareable portfolio links.
• Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; credit top-ups are one-time purchases.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire as described on the pricing page.
• If an AI generation fails, the credits used are automatically returned.

You may not use VAStars to misrepresent yourself, post fake reviews or metrics, run scams, harvest data, send spam, upload malware or illegal content, or infringe others' rights. See our Anti-Fraud and Anti-Scam policies.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or put other users at risk.

VAStars is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income, or disputes between users and clients. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines unless local law requires otherwise.
